A lifestyle challenge that leads to lasting change...

The key is to start by thinking differently.

A challenge is not meant to be easy. You know this.

Beginning day 1, we are going to ask you to get uncomfortable-

To completely break out of your usual routine.

The only way towards real and lasting change is by really changing (wink wink).

We are not going to ease our way into this.

You ease your way into disease.

We are going to jump in- even "small steps" are actually GIANT leaps for most.

We are talking about radical changes to our diet & lifestyle.

Radical changes bring about radical change!

You will NEED to begin to adjust your mindset- a paradigm shift...

You cannot approach your reboot as a burden but rather a blessing!

It's a privilege. You are well enough now to take control of your health.

And when you do, your body will thank you & your life will begin to change.

So, in order to decide if you're ready to commit, ask yourself this:

"Do I want to survive through life or thrive through life?"

"Do I want to have better sleep, mental clarity, better energy, increased strength, better focus & mood,

hair, skin & nails, a better body & brain?"

"Do I want to avoid the doctor's office and unnecessary prescription drugs with adverse side effects?"

"Do I want to avoid or reverse chronic fatigue & illnesses as well as auto-immune disease?"

"Do I want to avoid a potentially life-threatening diagnosis?"

Of course the obvious answer to these questions is YES

Us too!

That's why we started our journey so long ago.

And the great news is- We've been at this a while and are going to take ALL of the guesswork out of it for you.

You just need to commit to committing.

Now ask yourself

"What do I need to give up in order to make my health a top priority?"

Maybe you give up an hour of scrolling. Maybe it's TV. Maybe it's the 2 glasses of wine with friends after work.

Maybe it's a cat nap after a long day. Something's gotta give. You must carve out time to commit to learning a new way of living.

We often ask ourselves "Where do you want to invest your time and what will the return be?"

That's how we think of money, isn't it?  Is our health less important than money?)

If we're spending our time in the kitchen vs on the couch- our bodies, our moods & our lives thank us!

No one can walk this journey

(or eat your food)

for you.

Only you.

So saddle up.
