TACO SALAD

All of your lunch menu components are meant to be interchangeable. 

If you run out of one dressing, sub with the leftovers from another.

Get creative with your toppings! Add and removed as desired but be sure to refer to your approved foods list.

  • Begin with a bed of greens or romaine & layer with a small scoop or cooked quinoa or brown rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions and avocado and small-diced onions.

  • Crush up some blue tortilla chips to top

  • Finish with Southwestern dressing and enjoy!

I save all of the glass jars that my seasonings come in and use them to pack dressing for to-go lunches.

A small Tupperware will do just fine too.
