STUFFED SWEET POTATO

* Include baking your sweet potatoes in our lunch prep so that you can quickly heat these up for breakfast 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium sweet potato

  • Raw pecans or walnuts- crushed

  • Vegan butter

  • Cinnamon

  • Raw honey or organic maple syrup

  • Hemp or chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bake sweet potato on 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until tender

  2. Cut down the center and stuff with butter, cinnamon, crushed nuts, seeds and honey or maple syrup
