BANANA DELIGHT SMOOTHIE

Quick, easy and filling. This will surely carry you through until lunch. 
( have a mid-morning snack if needed )

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk

  • 1 banana (1/2 banana for diabetics)

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 TBSP raw cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal (any kind but steel cut) 

  • 2 dates (omit for diabetics)

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in high-powered blender on high until creamy. Add water if it's too thick or ice to make it colder.
