BANANA DELIGHT SMOOTHIE

Quick, easy and filling. This will surely carry you through until lunch.
( have a mid-morning snack if needed )

INGREDIENTS

1 to 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk

1 banana (1/2 banana for diabetics)

1/4 cup almond butter
-
2 TBSP raw cacao powder
-
1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal (any kind but steel cut)
-
2 dates (omit for diabetics)
-
1 TBSP chia seeds
-
1 TBSP coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in high-powered blender on high until creamy. Add water if it's too thick or ice to make it colder.
