CHIA PUDDING

​

Make a double batch and have for breakfast all week.

This recipe fills 2 small mason jars

​

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 can coconut milk

  •  1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP honey (sub 4 drops stevia for diabetics or omit altogether)  

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into mason jars or an airtight container.

  2. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy it the next day topped with any fruit or nuts preferred.

       (I like to eat plain or topped with sliced bananas or berries)
